After a sales call (send within 24 hours)

After a demo (send within 24 hours)

Hi [name], thanks for the time. Two things you asked about: [question 1] → [answer]. [Question 2] → [answer]. Given [their goal], the fastest path is [proposed next step]. Does [day] work to walk through it?

After a quote goes quiet (5-7 days after sending)

Hi [name], the quote’s with you, no rush from my end. One thing worth knowing while you weigh it: [a value-add: scope flexibility, a relevant result, a scheduling note]. Happy to adjust [element] if the shape isn’t right. What would make this an easy yes?

The breakup (after 3-4 quiet follow-ups)

Hi [name], I’ll assume the timing’s wrong and stop nudging. If [the problem you’d solve] comes back around, this thread will be here. Good luck with [their project you discussed].
